Established in 2002, ImperaData Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of Impera plc in March 2005. In 2007 ImperaData gained two sister companies as Secure Networks Limited and Dynax Limited were acquired by Impera plc as part of its strategy to become a significant product and services supplier in the arena of IT high availability, including business continuity, data management and backup, managed IT services, data and network security and network management.
