These range from frequently asked questions (FAQ) to assistance in configuring your backups to support in the event of a major disaster.

All ImperaData customers benefit from 24 x 7 monitoring of their backups and telephone support underpinned by optional on-site assistance.

Invocation Support

This number is available 24 x 7 but is to be used ONLY in the event of a disaster requiring our support for remote media based or server recoveries. In all other circumstances you should use our general support as highlighted above.

When invoking our 24 x 7 invocation support, please ensure you have the following information to hand;
• Your account details
• Email address
• The answer to your secret question
