ImperaData gets a new sister company. Impera plc, ImperaData’s parent company, has recently acquired Secure Networks Limited as part of its strategy to become a significant product and services supplier in the arena of IT high availability, including business continuity, data management and backup, managed IT services, data and network security and network management. Secure Networks specialise in the data and network security arena and will compliment ImperaData’s capabilities.
